Project Management
Marquette Consulting, Inc. provides project management services with the goal of keeping our clients’ projects progressing towards completion. This is accomplished through constant collaboration with the various project team disciplines (civil, biologist, architect, soils, structural, etc.) and ongoing communication with the client. Our project management tasks include consultant selection and bidding, monitoring budgets, and managing tasks, timelines, and workflow.
